If you're not able to find a product you want on our website, please follow the below instructions:

1) Email us at prettymuchlikeit@gmail.com

2) Draft the subject as: "Custom Search"

3) Attach a photo of the product that you are looking for.

*Please note that our team requires time to do a "custom search" for items not listed in our store. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the "custom search" process.

Smaller items will come with gift boxes.

Ie. Belts, wallets, sunglasses

We do not issue boxes for larger items (ie. bags and purses) as this increases the likelihood of seizure at customs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option as we do not want to raise suspicion at customs. Additionally, the quality and design of gift boxes are not as accurate when compared to retail.

Always size up by 5cm from your true waist size. For example, if your waist size is 100 cm, select a belt that is 105 cm.

Shipping and Returns

Once you approve of the Quality Check photos, we do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges.

If you reject the Quality Check photos, you may select a different product, or you may also request for a full refund.

All orders that have the "Haul Dispatch Complete" or "Shipped" status can no longer be cancelled for a refund.

Should your package be seized, we offer the guarantee that a new item will be dispatched to you immediately with no extra cost. Upon dispatch, a new tracking number will be issued to you. We do not offer refunds.

We will typically try to declare under $20-$30 for a single package. This is to try and avoid suspicion from customs. However, this value may change depending on the method of shipment or courier that is selected at the time of dispatch.

The declaration value will be up to our discretion. A value too high may prompt additional taxes that you may be responsible for paying, and a value too low may prompt the shipment to be returned to us.

Please note that this is NOT a guarantee that your shipment won't be taxed. We will try our best on our end to save you the trouble. However, should there be owing duties/taxes, that will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If it is smaller items, we may try to ship them together with one tracking number. However, depending on the shape and size of the items, they may be shipped separately in effort of avoiding suspicion at customs.

Delivery may take anywhere from 3 weeks (up to 6 weeks), from the time of order submission. This time frame includes the hunting and quality check processes.

Please note that this time frame may be extended should there be holidays or other delays in customs/logistics.
