How It Works

To ensure utmost customer satisfaction, we hunt for all the products in which we receive orders. This means that for each order that we receive, our team members are dispatched to look for the best version of the item that is on the market or in select warehouses. Each item goes through TWO quality checks. The first check is done amongst our team members after the item has been successfully hunted. Afterwards, images of the actual hunted product will be sent to the customer for evaluation. For more details regarding our process, please see below.

The Process

1. ORDER SUBMITTED
We've received your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing to begin.

2. ORDER PROCESSED
This status means that we've completed a quick review of your order, and a team member has been assigned to the hunt.

3. HUNTING
Our team has been dispatched for the hunt.

4. ORDER READY (FULL or PARTIAL)
Product was successfully hunted for. A quality check has been conducted on the item. If you have multiple products in your order, you may be receiving separate notifications for each product.

5. CUSTOMER QUALITY CHECK
We will send images of the actual item that was obtained during the "hunting" process. You have the opportunity to approve or reject the images. If you choose to reject, we will reach out to you to see if you want to choose a different product, or cancel the order.

Upon approval, orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

***If you reject the Quality Check photos, and opt to change for a different product, please note that the process must be repeated for the new item that is selected.

*** Should you opt to cancel the order, a full refund will be made back to you.

***If 10 days or more has passed, and we still have not received a response regarding the Quality Check photos, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed. Please note that your item will NOT be put on hold. Should you wish to order the item after cancellation, the whole process may have to be repeated if the item has already been sold to someone else.

6. DISPATCHED
This status means we have already dispatched your order to the shipping company. Please note that the tracking number will take a few days to appear from the time that we reach "Dispatched" status.

7. SHIPPED
"Shipped" status means that the shipping company has received the package, and your order is in transit.
