Refunds & Returns Policy


  • Depending on where you are located in the world, delivery times can vary. Given that there may be unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control during the delivery of your product, we have established a Guaranteed Period Delivery Time Frame for international locations.
  • Please note that Estimated Delivery times do not include order processing time which range from 2 to 7 days.
  • If you have purchased anything on, but did not receive your order within the stated Guaranteed Period Delivery Time frame for your country, a full refund or store credit may be issued to you.

  • All orders can be cancelled until they are packaged and shipped. Packaging and shipping can happen immediately after the order has been submitted, or up to 7 days. 
  • If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. There is a chance, however, that the packaging and shipping process has already started and the order can no longer be cancelled.

  • Note: We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order prior to packaging and shipping.



  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of



  • We do not do exchanges.
  • Please fill out the form "Returns Request Form" (linked below)
  • If your request is approved, we will gladly issue you a store credit once we have received your return.



  • Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Lingerie, Undergarments are ALL final sale and non-returnable. No exchange, refund, or credit will be processed.


    1. For all other circumstances, please submit requests for returns no later than 10 days after receiving the item.

    3. Do not send purchase back unless you have received a "Return Approval Confirmation" from us. Once authorized, we will provide you with a return address for which you need to ship the product to.
    4. Please provide the name of the courier and tracking code within 5 days of receiving our authorization for return. All returns are automatically cancelled if no information is received.
    5. Please print the form Return Shipment Information, and include in your shipment. This is important as this may be confused with other returns and you may not receive your refund / credit if we cannot properly identify your shipment.
    6. Shipping & tracking fees are to be paid by the customer.
    7. Refund/Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a refund or store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email.
